I started boot camp last night. It kicked my hiney! I enjoyed it for the most part. I didn’t enjoy it while I was running nor when I was doing push-ups. All of the other activities/exercises are ones that I do. But running. I HATE running. I wasn’t born to run! I have weak shin muscles that don’t make it fun to run. They burn. They buckle up. Yet last night, I persevered. Push-ups, blah! I don’t have great upper body strength. Yet I did what I could!
And today…I am sore. My body hurts. My legs hurt to walk. My core feels good. I feel good! I am 1 session down and 11 more to go.
