The drone in your voice, and the fly on the wall said,
“It’s over, it’s over, it’s over, it is.”

Well, Mavs fans, another season has ended way too short. Another season has ended without a championship.
It’s over.
“Failure is not final, unless you decide to quit!” - Avery Johnson

LET’S GO MAVS! LET’S GO MAVS!
I think the only thing that we as Mavs fans are concerned with is: We have got to win tonight! We aren’t ready for a disappointment tonight!
So until then, it’s not over til it’s over!
Rowdy, loud and proud!
Do you ever feel tired, runned down, do you poop out at parties…?
Right now I am tired. I guess doing 45 minutes of hardcore cardio wouldn’t have anything to do with it.
This weekend was busy. They seem to be that way as of lately. I went to a couple’s shower for my cousin and attended a Super Bowl party. Did you happen to catch the winning Doritos commerical during the game? Congrats to the team behind Live the Flavor. I am not surprised that they won. I have laughed numerous times over their commercial.
It’s been just another day. Work was trying as I sat there, missing my co-workers. This is a HUGE weekend for us. Hopefully many bags of chips will be sold and eaten. And with it being a huge weekend, the majority of sales is out in the market making sure their stores are all set. So buy lots of my chips!
I hate it when ‘my people’ are gone, especially my boss.
After work, I went to the gym. It is becoming my normal stop. I don’t always enjoy working out, but do know that it is doing good for my body.
But right now my body is tired and ready to hit the hay!
Don’t forget to vote for your favorite Doritos commerical at http://www.crashthesuperbowl.com until January 19.
The finalist will air during the Superbowl.
Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope that you had a great Christmas. Santa brought me lots of goodies. I ‘cleaned up’, as McDuff puts it.
I had to attach a photo of Dora and me. McDuff was gone visiting family, and so I got to hang out with my parents, brother and his girlfriend. We had a great time. I will be extremely happy when McDuff is back in town.
The Cowboy’s game sucked. Go figure. I lost interest in the 4th quarter. Despite that, have a Happy New Year!

Ah. It’s almost Fall, and in Texas, it’s finally starting to cool down. I’m not sure how long it will last. Most of the time, at least my 25 years experience of it, it fakes you out. You think you are in for Fall to begin and then, BAM, 100 degrees again. But when Fall arrives, so do the Cowboys! Working for a big corporation, we somehow luck out with tickets to local events. And so last Thursday, we were among the other Cowboy fans watching a preseason game. Amazingly, T.O showed up and played! The game was a lot of fun and surreal. After seeing them on t.v. only for so long, it was cool to actually see them in person.
And hopefully, the Boys will pull off an amazing season. I’m looking forward to it.
My friend Chip recently invited Sherry (another friend of ours) and me to a Rough Riders game. Chip works for them and hooks us up with sweet deals. This time, it was all inclusive…dinner, drinks, parking, you name it! Here is a photo of Sherry and me on the field.
We had a great time and thanks so much to Chip for making us feel not only cool, but special. I owe you one, Chip!
So I’ve been communicating with an old friend from college. *Hi Christie!* She actually sent me her blog. Check it out when you get a chance. We went to school back in OKC at the University of Central Oklahoma. And hopefully we’ll be able to meet up for dinner when she’s in town pretty soon. She was one of the few, great friends I made while I finished school. And she and her hubby and dog Blu rock!
I recently decided to take up running. I know! So hard for me! Well, I get shin splints about 30 seconds into it. So I’m having to build up my shin muscles before I just go insane on them. So we’ll see how that works out. I’m first training for a 5k and then go from there into a 10k. Some friends of mine are talking about running a half-marathon at White Rock this December. We’ll see how the training goes. The least I could run would be a 10k. But I quite excited about it. But since I just started training, my poor legs muscles have been killing me! I did take yesterday off and that helped some. Let’s hope they keep feeling better.
